Can I order by phone or mail?

Not at this time. We only accept electronic submissions on this website.

Return policy and Satisfaction Guarantee

We accept any and all returns within 30 days of the shipping date for orders in North America and within 45 days for our international customers. In order to process a refund or exchange, the shirts must be un-worn and un-washed. You must contact us prior to shipping your order back to us so that we may confirm your refund and expedite processing your credit once it is returned. If your order is unreasonably delayed, you may contact us to request a refund past the time limits mentioned above. Shipping is non-refundable.

What is the correct fit?

American Apparel clothes are cut for a youthful shape. Most of the garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger.

Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest.
Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.

Is there tracking information available?

Standard shipping method does not provide us with tracking information. Express methods will allow us to search for you. E-mail us at orders@actorswear.com

What are my payment options?

Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Your credit card information can be submitted securely online or phoned to us after you submit your order. Your account will will charged at the time the order is placed.

How can I determine the status of my order?

Shipping information will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. If you ordered by an express method of shipment, tracking number and estimated date of delivery will be provided. If multiple shipments are required, there will be separate emails for each shipment.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping charges for each order are calculated automatically according to the items ordered and the shipping method that you choose. Once you pick your items and proceed to the final payment page you will receive the shipping cost for your order. Depending on your order and location, your shipping cost will vary. Our shipping costs are set by the postal service.

What is the currency conversion price?

All products are shown in US currency. When you order, we will be paid in US Dollars, and your credit card company will bill you in your local currency. For today's approximate conversion rates, see xe.com.

A product was less or more at a trade show, competition or fair

If we incur high cost to sell at events, we must raise prices slightly. We may bring overstocked items to those events and be able to offer them at lower prices.

Do you sell wholesale?

Currently we do not sell wholesale.

What is your cancellation policy?

If we didnt ship it out you are welcome to cancel your order. Just call 909-482-2200. If you did not receive your shipment receipt it does not mean it didnt go out. Those shipment messages may be delayed up to one day.
